About Return Shipping Costs

If you return an item using a prepaid method (drop off or pickup) from the Online Returns Center and the reason for return is not a result of an Anmol Shopping error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless your item qualifies for a free return.

As long as you notify us your reasonable intention to free return within 7 days after receiving goods by email or Contact Us, we will gladly give you a full refund (excluding freight charges if change of mind). However just to note that all customer must pay their own freight charges, when returning goods.

When we received goods in original condition and untouched or unworn, we will then refund you money within 7 business days (All custom made jewellery is not refundable). About Refund.

If the return is the result of an Anmol Shopping error, we'll refund your return shipping costs up to a maximum amount. Return shipping fees will be communicated on the On-Line Contact Center when you are choosing the shipping method for your return.
